Yes To Change

Saying ‘no’ to change

might seem like a reflex action.

We might think of it as our two-year old selves reacting to the uncertainty and unknowns of the change we’re facing - or seeking - today.

There’s usually more to it. All the more reason to go a little deeper.

Is ours - or others - saying ‘no’ to change a:

No, not now

No, not that

Or

No, not ever?

Change takes time, patience, and effort. Change itself requires change; an iterative process that is rarely linear.

When we allow ourselves to see ’no’ as the expected response to change, we may well miss the opportunity for change that brings a ‘yes’.

I’m curious how you might dig a little deeper and take a step closer to a ‘yes’ for the change you seek to make.
