Upside Down

When the world turns upside down the best thing is to turn along with it!

This Mary Poppins line is a good reminder for navigating these upside down times.

Of course, these are not the first - nor the last - times that we encounter uncertainty, upheaval and change.

And, each time we are reminded that our human capacity to ebb, flow, adapt and change helps us through.
