Reflect On Something
It feels like nothing,
but there’s always something.
The end of another working week brings an opportunity for reflection, and if (when) it has been a tough one, our first instinct might be that there is nothing of note.
Reflection, though, is a practice that benefits from consistency and intention.
And, when we go through the practice,
day in, day out
week in, week out,
month in, month out,
year in, year out,
we will always find something.
Something to acknowledge,
celebrate,
improve,
learn,
change,
and more.
