Share Time And Space

Crowdsourcing motivation
can happen when we decide to share time and space for a purpose.

I wonder if it harks to favoured memories from our earlier years.

Silent reading and study periods allowed us to focus on what we wanted, and needed, to and to go at our own pace within the constraints of the time and space we had available.

The secret ingredient being that we were doing it together.

Time spent alone, together is a different construct from the flow we get through solid teamwork.

Whether a deep work session in the same physical location, or co-working from all corners of the globe in a Zoom room, motivation and progress abound.

We feel the energy, observe the deep focus, and are nourished by the proximity of our fellow human beings.

My weekly rhythm is punctuated by many co-working/writing/creating opportunities and I am all the better for it.

I’m curious, how does working alone, together work for you?
