Shake out the Mondays.
Because Mondays will Monday, and when they do it is tempting to stop, and perhaps give up.
Early childhood teachers will often suggest that young children shake out the sillies.
Perhaps we can shake out all of what is causing us angst as we start the working week.
Reboot the laptop.
Organise the calendar.
Reschedule a meeting.
Step away for a coffee, walk or talk.
Starting again fresh may be just what we need for a less Monday-ish Monday, don’t you agree?!
