Paying Attention

If you’re surprised you’re not looking close enough.

We often use the term ‘no surprises’ to encourage openness and transparency in our work and lives.

Ideally, we would see this in all of our communications and relationships but it isn’t always so.

However, the signs are there; clues abound; dots are there, waiting to be joined.

And, so it is up to us to pay attention.
