Me, Myself And I
Me, Myself and I
are sometimes the only people you need in the meeting.
I recently took some time away from the day-to-day to reflect, strategise, ideate, design, change and plan new ways forward for my writing, work and life.
Fun?
Useful?
Essential?
Yes, yes and YES.
As a facilitator and coach, I was able to wrangle the attendee(s) in a purposefully productive way. There was ample time for thinking and doing, and some being, too.
We don’t need to have specialised skills to do this. The desire for clarity, ideas, actions are more than enough. And, of course, the act of putting it in your calendar and keeping the commitment.
In our 24/7, always-on, busy-as-a-badge world, taking time out for important meetings like this one isn’t given high enough priority.
I’m curious, what might happen if you take some time out and book that meeting with Me, Myself and I real soon?
