Make It Easy

Make it easy.

It was a simple change that we were discussing, and yet we knew there would be sticking points.

Because, by its very nature, all change can be challenging.

It may seem a trite suggestion to say: make it easy.

Reducing the tension, effort and barriers to doing something different is a key part of making change possible.

I’d suggest it isn’t trite, it’s true, don’t you agree?!
