Hidden Problems

Hidden problems require patience and persistence.

At first glance, I expected that the problem with my computer was an obvious one. I went through the same steps I had taken in the past when faced with similar challenges but nothing was working.

Perhaps I was going to have to check the hidden folders. Confirmed by various sources, I found myself in the depths of my computer’s file system.

Hidden files - much like any hidden problem - require us to tread carefully. After all, they are usually hidden for a reason. The increased complexity, a bunch of unknowns, non-obvious linkages, unintended consequences, and more combine to make it a potential minefield through which to seek a solution.

Working our way through with diligence and care, slowly and surely helps us to bring things to light.

Not only do I now have a functioning computer again, I’m ready to persist through any other hidden problem that might need solving.
