Easy To Say

Easy to say,
harder to do.

How often do we hear people express their commitment to a lesson learned, only to continue on as usual?

It can be annoying and frustrating, and at the same time, it is completely understandable. Because it is difficult to bring about change.

It is easier to acknowledge the lesson, 
easier to make a statement: now I know better …
and, it can be harder to change long-time habits and behaviours.

But difficult does not mean impossible.

As we kick off a new day, a new month, and a new season in which to seek change, we must continue to see, say and do better, don’t you agree?!
