Conversations Matter
Conversations matter.
Because conversations, in addition to their more formal friend in communications, are what brings our humanity to the fore.
In our work, our communities, our families, and other parts of life, conversations allow us to work and grow together through solving problems, creating something new, sharing ideas and stories, making connections, overcoming difference, challenging what is and making change happen.
Conversations at their core are a sign of humans being human.
They don’t need a script. They don’t need a unit of competency. They don’t need to be mandated or managed.
With curiosity and care, each of us can choose to start and be part of a conversation that matters.
I’m curious how you might seek out the time and space for a conversation that matters this week.
