Year End Dilemmas

Next year I will …

Words we are increasingly hearing - and using - as we triage our end of year lists and shift our energy to the must-do before the holiday break.

Of course, deadlines are the ideal tool to help us focus.

They can also be a reason (excuse?!) for kicking the can down the road.

What if we were to take a few key actions this year that set the scene for next year’s growing list?

And, how might that make it possible to fulfil our promise of next year I will?

The allure of next year gets stronger with each day. It’s good to remember this one isn’t done yet, don’t you agree?!
