Utopian Dreams

Utopias always start out small …

These words from author Rutger Bregman might challenge some of us.

I do relish utopian thinking, and strongly believe in our ability to bring possibility into reality. Much of what we experience in our world today would once have been considered utopian. [Much would have been considered dystopian too, although perhaps that’s another post!]

For the change seekers in our midst - those of us seeking alternative and better futures - Bergman’s words are encouraging.

Utopia might feel like an enormous and distant dream, but when we consider starting out small it makes the change ever more possible.

What say you, ready to knock over the first small domino of a utopian dream? Today’s as good a day as any to begin, don’t you agree?!
