Time Bonus

A time bonus …

by design.

When a colleague delighted at having regained some time back in their calendar, I exclaimed the joy I also feel when I “buy back time”.

Which had me thinking …

we don’t need to wait until others make a change that provides some space in our day. Of course we have permission to create our own time bonus when we need - or want - to.

Before the reservations and ‘shoulds’ come calling, I’m curious, what would you do with a time bonus today?
