Take One, Pass It On

Take one,

pass it on …

It could be a children’s party game, or it could be any of us participating in a virtuous cycle.

In a group gratitude practice that I am part of, we get the opportunity to share our gratitude and thanks. When tagged, we have the privilege of passing our thanks and gratitude to others.

There is something special to drop into a thread where you see the words, “thank you, Leanne, for …”.

And, it further fills my gratitude bucket to be able to contribute to the virtuous cycle by sharing the words, “thank you, friend/colleague/mentor/etc, for …”

In a world where bad news and vicious cycles spread far too quickly, I’m grateful to be playing my part as a counterweight.

How about you? How might you help the virtuous cycle spread?
