Still Time

There is still time …

So the message on my watch reads as it encourages me to close an exercise loop and other daily goals.

And just as there is still time in our day, there is also time in our week, month, year, and life.

We can feel pressured and constrained by the often-narrow view on time, and we can believe we have to live by the same narrative on time and timelines that others follow.

Thankfully, though, there is no one way to live this life, there is no definitive playbook, and there is more than one way to make use of our time.

I may or may not choose to close my exercise loop today. But I do know there is still time if I do choose to.

I’m curious, what is there still time for you to do?
