Stay Human

“It’s staying human that’s important …”

Words for our times from George Orwell.

In so many parts of work and life, our humanness - and humanity - is being devalued.

It has never been more important to centre we humans in all that we do; to resist the dehumanising practices and beliefs that creep (and rush) into our everyday lives; and to celebrate the wonder, awe and uniqueness that we bring to the world, and one another.

What can we do?

It’s a sign of our times …

It is what it is!

Responses like these ignore the most human element of all: we have the agency, permission and power to stay human.

I’m curious, what is something that you are doing, or can do, to stay human?
