Ready … Enough

Are you ready … enough?

We can plan and organise and prepare and review, and review once again for safe measure, and we will be ready … enough.

Because we’re never completely ready. We cannot foresee every single eventuality, nor mitigate every single risk. We can feel ready and not-ready all at once. 

Confidence and concern often walk alongside each other, especially when it is something of importance. Finding comfort in this reality is all part of the work.

Then there comes a point in every endeavour at which we must declare: I am ready … enough.

And, now it is time to go.
