Painting Words

A picture paints a thousand words.

As does the saying, itself.

When I showed the juggling balls as evidence of what I was doing, heads nodded knowingly.

When I ask for ‘thumb-ometer’ ratings at the end of a Write Now co-creating session, the mixture of thumbs up, down and wobbly thumbs tell us all we need to know.

When I walk into the office and the hum of purposeful conversations greet us, we see culture in action.

Everywhere we go, and in everything we do, there are pictures to be read.
