can make a difference.

In her poem, Boundaries, Mckayla Robbin writes:

is a necessary magic

No

draws a circle around you

with chalk

and says

I have given enough

As we head into a week where boundaries will protect your energy, joy and sanity, remember, no is a complete sentence.

That one word may make all the difference, don’t you agree?!
