Moments Of Reflection

Moments for reflection …

We tend to look for significant markers of time as a prompt to stop and reflect.

Think new years, new months, birthdays, anniversaries of meaningful events, and the like which offer us a perspective from which we can consider what has been, and what we look forward to.

To stop and reflect is a practice that helps ground us, gives us hope and optimism, and provides opportunities for learning and growth. Benefits that warrant building reflection as a regular practice within our rhythms and routines.

Our lives contain many moments for reflection. I’m curious how we might use them, not lose them. How about you?
