May-Do Lists
I’m adding that to my ‘may-do’ list …
Our to-do lists often come with pressure, carrying all of the ‘shoulds’ of our work and lives.
A may-do list removes that pressure, and is instead filled with the ‘coulds’.
When we stumble across something that piques our curiosity, or we identify something we would like to do, we can let it reside on the may-do list. And without the weight of having to, we may access joy and satisfaction from those things we get to do or experience.
I know that my may-do list can get full quickly, giving me opportunities galore and much to look forward to.
What say you, might a may-do list be something you may do?
