Instead it can be observed in the everyday language you hear. It is found in terms like discover, discern, understand, practice, be curious, update, analyse, gain knowledge, learn lessons, and many more.

Learning is embedded into all that we say and do.

It is not a once and done, tick-box, paper and qualification gathering event.

Learning lives strong in the minds and hearts of the lifelong learner, and it becomes part of the bones of a workplace that is continually learning and striving for better.
