It Takes “Forever”

“It is taking FOR-EV-ER …”

This the answer to a question about progressing their project.

They were words tinged with frustration, and a very real concern that progress may not lead anywhere.

In moments like these we may find other words useful.

Such as those shared by writer Sahil Bloom:

Real, durable things take a long time to build.

And those shared by Tut in his Notes from the Universe:

It’s through the twin gateways of persistence and patience that masters become masters.

Reminders to stay focused on our purpose, to take step after step, and to resist the lure of shortcuts and hacks.

Yes, some days our projects do feel like they are taking forever. As long as we are moving, so are they.

All the more reason to keep going, don’t you agree?!!
