Invisible Progress
Invisible progress.
It might sound counter-intuitive to suggest that the progress we make cannot be seen. More often than not, it requires us to pause and reflect, to look closely and deeply, and to ask the questions that will illuminate change and achievements.
Even then, we might find that some progress requires the passage of time, the benefit of hindsight and the joining of dots that happens when looking back.
We yearn for that sense of accomplishment that comes with progress and change, we want it to be big and obvious, and it can be frustrating and demotivating when it remains invisible.
Keep looking. Keep seeking. Keep going.
Chances are that visibility is closer than you think.
