Get Through
Get through.
A two-word goal from a friend as they described the two weeks ahead.
For my friend, as with many others, the year has been long, fast-paced, and stressful.
There is often huge pressure - internally and externally - to finish the year strong, with all boxes ticked and the list (and conscience) clear.
And, whilst it is often believed to be simply the way of the world, deep down we seek something more. Something different. Something better.
It’s not easy to push back against the status quo of our productivity obsessed world.
Which makes me wonder, if you’re lamenting an end of year goal to get through, what small changes could you make so that next year can be different?
