Find the sunshine …

Watching my (senior) dog navigate the cold and wet of peak winter here, it’s clear he has a motivational strategy.

When the sun appears you will find him warming his old bones near whichever window it happens to be shining through. With only a smidge of warmth required, he regains some pep in his step.

It’s not a bad way to start the week methinks.

Bright.

Comforting.

Motivating.

Finding the moments of sunshine, real or metaphorical, might just be what we need to get, and stay, moving this week, don’t you agree?!
