Every Action Matters

Every action matters.

It is a natural human trait to consider ourselves too small and insignificant in all that is happening around us.

I hear the statement-like question of ‘what can I really do?’, and

‘What is the point of …?’

Challenges and problems, dilemmas and uncertainties that exist in all facets of work and life can loom large and leave us wondering if we can make a difference.

Yet every action we take, however small, contributes to change.

Some thing is better than no thing, and we never know what our actions can spark, where our words might inspire, how our being there is enough, and the way it all compounds.

Hope exists within our actions.

I hope we each can take some action today, how about you?
