Curiosity Lists

Too many lists …

This time it’s not the to-do list/s I’m thinking of.

Instead it’s a question I asked when I did my end of week review and saw all the lists I’m collecting …

… book list

… articles and essay list

… shows and documentaries list

… podcast list

… ideas list

… list of quotable quotes

… list of interesting resources and references

… and more

So much of the content of this list is captured from the all the books, articles, essays and more. As the lists feed each other, they are cumulative and, at times, exponential. They feed my creativity, my work, and my deepest self.

These lists are thrilling and overwhelming, fun and work.

Some might see it as a curiosity curse.

Some might see it as the downside of living in an era of too much information.

I see it as a privilege and joy to have these lists, even knowing that I’ll never read/listen/learn/know it all.

Yet to wander curiously through them, a collector of knowledge, wisdom, learning and growth makes for an interesting journey.

I’m curious, how do you collect the miscellany of your own curiosity?
