Clarity Is Vital

So goes the message from the delivery company. I cross my fingers that their ‘safe place’ is my ‘safe place’ as the definition tends to change along with delivery company.
This is not surprising.
Clarity in expectation, communication, and practice is vital.
We each bring our own perspective and understanding to any activity in work and life. We know what we know, what we mean, and what we intend. That doesn’t guarantee that it aligns with others.
Which is why we can always do more for clarity, including asking ourselves questions like
Am I being as clear as I can be?
What am I assuming or taking for granted?
How can I make this even clearer?
What would I need to know if I didn’t know anything?
How can I test understanding?
