Claiming White Space

The battle for our hearts is fought on the pages of our calendar.

This quote from author, Bob Goff, comes to mind as I review the week ahead.

Because we know that the days where we have no breathing space in our calendar, body and brain, can be overwhelming and tiring.

A little white space restores the clarity, room for thought, deep practice and calm. It leaves us space to pursue the things we want to, rather than solely the should do’s.

As we open the calendar this week, perhaps some white space in our days might be what we need.
