Better With People

It would be easy

if we didn’t have people …

Words I have heard spoken, tongue-in-cheek, many times over the years.

We’d laugh, and of course, continue the work with/for/by people.

And, then within a couple of decades it has become less tongue-in-cheek and more of an intentional strategy.

Except for those who know that when most choose to zig, it’s time to zag.

Zagging is at the heart of the words:

It would be better

when we have people …

Now there’s a change worth making, don’t you agree?!
